  How To Order

1. Select a design.

Most designs can resized for use on any printed product.


2. Select your product.
You will have the opportunity to add additional products in the next step.


3. Add more products, go to customization, or go to checkout.
If you need more than one item with the same art, such as posters and table tents, select "Add Items". Otherwise you may go to check out or continue shopping.

When you are finished adding items click "Customize" to enter your copy to be used on your selected design and products.

 


4. Add your customization

Simply fill in the text you would like on your design. The bottom of the screen features file upload buttons to attach artwork, text files and logos. You only need to send you company logo to us once, we will keep it on file for future orders.

If you would like a more specific text layout, our WYSIWYG editor lets you bold, size text, align and more. Or simply attach you WordPad, MSWord, AmiPro or WordPerfect file. Please note fonts used in your documents may not be able to be matched. All layouts are finalized by our professional design staff to best fit your chosen design.


5. Review your order

Double check before sending. You can adjust quantities, add items, modify your customization. Please be sure to click the update total button if you change your quantities.


6. Checkout


7. You will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION e-mail with an estimated order total.


8. Once your order has been laid out you will receive an E-Proof ready e-mail.

All printed products in your order must be approved prior to printing.

9. Login and review your E-Proof

Just click the E-Proof tab at the top of the screen to start. You may send us changes and comments simply by typing in the box provided. Please remember to click the SUBMIT button - no data is sent until you do.

 

Each item in your order must be approved prior to production.

You have a choice of the following approval status levels from the pull-down:

When you click the thumbnail image in the left column on the E-Proof screen, an enlarged, easier to read version will open in a new window.

You may also print this larger image (press <CTRL> "P" on your keyboard to print), mark-up your changes and fax to us. If you send changes via fax, please indcate online that the changes have been sent by fax in the comment box and select the appropriate approval level.


10. Once approved your order will ship from our production department - usually in just one or two days.

If you have changes and requested a new E-Proof, you will receive a new e-mail notification when the updated E-Proof is ready.

 

You will receive shipment notification via email of your order along with tracking information once your order has shipped.
