By submitting an order, the Purchaser (the client) agrees to all the polices and terms set forth by the Seller, CyberGraph Advertising, Inc. dba RaleighBigPrints.com (Cybergraph) as listed below. Cybergraph reserves the right to change these terms and policies at any time.
All orders shipped prepaid by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card or on open account. Open account orders only shipped once an account has been established and is in good standing. All open accounts NET 15. To request an open account, please call 919-834-2725 and request a credit application. Please allow 2-3 weeks for credit application approval.
orders are subject to a $25 setup fee per layout, certain products may be higher, when ordering printed products using one of our catalog designs. When ordering
the indicated minimum quantity of a product to avoid setup
fees, the setup fee will be waived, provided that extra
design time, custom design, or extensive revisions were not required.

heavy copy and copy changes.
All online order totals are subject to verification and correction. Online shopping cart totals are provided as a courtesy and are only an ESTIMATE of charges. Please review our rate and product information pages and the list of additional charges that may apply below. All orders are subject to these charges.
Due to our licensing agreements with our art suppliers, not all designs are available for your use by paying an art use fee. If you would like to use a layout created for you in other materials, please phone one of our account representatives. Usage fees begin as low as $25 for web page and email use when ordered with matching printed products.
Minor copy changes/corrections are allowed at no additional charge upon delivery of the first proof. Major copy changes or multiple copy changes will be billed at the rate listed below under "Design Fees." No charge will be made to correct a CyberGraph mistake. CyberGraph will not be held responsible for any copy mistakes once final approval has been given by the client. To help avoid mistakes, please submit all copy electronically or typed. No hand written copy please. All orders submitted by fax or phone with more than 50 words of copy will be charged a setup fee regardless of order quantity.
Orders canceled prior to shipment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 75% of the order total. A minimum cancellation fee of $35 will be assessed to any order already in production.
Orders over $500 may require a 50% deposit
prior to production or product delivery. Deposits may be
paid by company check or credit card.
- Art Direction: $125 per hour in studio, $150 out - please call for a job estimate.
- Copywriter: $85 per hour
- Custom Design: $125 per hour - please call for a job estimate.
- Custom Deluxe Posters, Signs and Banners: $95 custom design fee includes up to one stock photo (from current agency library) or scan and up to one (1) hour agency design time. Additional time will be billed on an hourly basis.
- Multiple Revisions/Copy Changes: First minor revision is free. Major copy revisions are billed at $125 per hour, billed by the quarter hour. Determination of "minor" and "major" change is solely at the agencies discretion.
- Multiple Proofs: $10 for each additional E-Proof™ after the second E-Proof™.
- Proof Reader/Copy Editor: $75 per hour

By submitting any art, copy, logo or any file type for production to CyberGraph Advertising, Inc (Cybergraph) or any of it's affiliates or divisions includinb but not limited to raleighbigprints.com and mallsigns.com,
the client hereby states they are authorized by the copyright
holder of the art/logo to use said art in the project being
ordered. Client is solely responsible for the legality of
any giveaway, drawing, raffle, lottery and all other promotions
CyberGraph is hired to promote. Client hereby proclaims by
submitting the order that any promotion being advertised
is legal in the state in which the promotion is to be held.
We can add your logo to your layouts at no additional charge provided that we have your logo on file or you provide us with an EPS file of your logo.
- EPS files should have all text converted to curves and contain no bitmap images.
- JPEG, TIFF, BMP and other raster/bitmap files are not recommended for logo use unless provided as high resolution.
- We recommend an image file of at least 6
inches wide at 300dpi. If you provide us with a scanable
logo, a one time logo setup fee of $50 will apply for scanning
and minor touch-up. Scanable logos should be provided as
large, clean laser prints or as "slicks".
Mileage incurred by CyberGraph will be billed to the Client at the rate of $0.60 per mile or fraction there of. Minimum mileage charge is $5.00.

- B&W Laser Comp.: $5 per page (8.5" x 11") or $10 per page (11" x 17") plus shipping

CyberGraph Advertising, Inc. shall retain all rights to any and all art, logo and any other designs created for a client unless expressly contracted otherwise. Any unlicensed disclosure, use, dissemination, distribution, duplication or copying of any material or art created by Cybergraph is strictly prohibited. Cybergraph makes no claim of ownership to Client owned art submitted for production.
CyberGraph provides complete photography services from simple merchandise shots to location photo shoots.
- Single Studio Merchandise Photo: $50 minimum
- Location Photography: Please call.
Most deluxe sign orders are shipped within 72 hours. Other products and large orders may take a a few days longer. We will attempt to notify you of any delays in processing your order. Production time estimates are based upon initial proof approval within 12 hours of delivery of proof. Custom design production time will be estimated prior to job start.
An E-Proof is provided via website at no additional charge - an email will be sent when your E-PROOF is posted to your online account. Please note that the colors on your E-Proof may vary from the final product because of monitor variations and the inherent differences between RGB and CMYK color production. Printed proofs are available and are subject to Output Charges listed above. CyberGraph will not be held responsible for any errors or mistakes once the client has given final approval. Please review any proof you receive very carefully.
All UNUSED hardware items are subject to a restocking
fee of up to 30% if not defective or damaged in transit.
Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Custom hardware, customized items, Custom Printed Products,
and Deluxe Printed Products may not be returned nor refunded. Food items
are not returnable nor refundable.

process your order on a priority basis for Deluxe Printed Product orders placed before the cut-off times listed below and approved for production within one hour of proof

We can scan your photos for use in your materials.
All scans will be billed at $20 each, maximum 300 dpi at letter size. Larger files billed by the megabyte. If you would like an
electronic copy of your scan as a JPEG via e-mail,
an additional $10 output fee will be charged. CD-ROM ouput also available; see output charges (shipping & handling
- Photos/prints can be scanned up to 2400dpi.
- Slides, film and negatives up to 9cm x
9cm can be scanned up to 4000dpi.
There is a $25 stock photo fee for all custom designs, provided the stock photo is available in the CyberGraph Library of Photos and CyberGraph owns the license to use the photo. If there is not a suitable photo in our library, we can purchase one for you. We will disclose the costs of such photos prior to your final selection. Single high resolution image purchase prices start at $169. CyberGraph retains the license on all photos purchased on a clients behalf.
In the event your project includes travel and other expenses, the Client agrees to reimburse CyberGraph for all legitimate expenses plus a 20% administrative fee including but not limited to mileage, travel, lodging, taxi charges, gratuities, meals and emergency provisions.
CyberGraph does not warrant any product. CyberGraph makes no warranty, expressed or implied, to the merchantability of any item. Durability
statements are for guideline purposes only and are not guaranteed. Hardware items
warranted by their respective manufacturers. Equipment purchased
with extended warranties are serviced and warranted by the
respective warranty provider.
CyberGraph Advertising, Inc. will not sell
or share your contact information with any third party. CyberGraph
will also not disclose any "event" information to a competing center prior to your event. CyberGraph will not disclose any information about your company/center you specify as "sensitive" or "confidential" without
your prior permission, including but not limited to potential
lease commitments or store closings.
By placing an order with CyberGraph, you hereby authorize CyberGraph to display or list your company/center name and the work completed for your company/center in any promotional material for CyberGraph.
